Hello, My name is Paul Ferland!

I'm an artist, musician, singer songwriter and t shirt designer.
I was born July 26, 1958. I'm 54. I was born in Pawtucket R.I., home of The Pawtucket Red Sox. I now reside in Cumberland, Rhode Island. I have two great and awesome sons, Jesse 22 and Shane 19. I play guitar, bass, some piano and drums. I now spend my time, drawing, writing and recording You can find my songs here

I lived in California in the early 80's to break into standup comedy. I lived in Seal Beach, CA. The very first time I got on
stage was at the famous "Comedy Store." I did ok the first night! I called my parents at 4:00 a.m. to tell them I had just performed at the famous Comedy Store, they were as happy as they could be at 1:00 am. I met "Andrew Dice Clay" at the comedy store (he was a dick and still is). I also met Rob Reiner and Mark Harmon (Mark Harmon was a real nice guy) me and this girl talked to him for about five min. when he was filming "Flamingo road" on Seal Beach. I also performed at the "Improv",(open mic night) and I was considered for a showcase, which is big at the Comedy Store, so there's that.
I actually used to ride to the Comedy Store with a friend, who was an actor on Cheers, Larry Harpel, was his name (R.I.P. Larry)


In the 90's I tried freelance humorous illustration. I sold a few cartoons.
I sold my cartoons to "Bostonia Magazine" for $200.00 two hundred, twice, and did an illustration for a magazine called "Midwest Today

So now I stay home on the computer, designing t shirts @My Zazzle's Store and My Cafepress store,When I'm not doing that I'm getting angry over politics or playing chess @ Chess.com. I also look into existentialism, ufos, OOBE's (out of body experiences) spirituality and comedy, I know, strange mix, right ?.
